Orhidea Shuplinoska, is a Junior Technical Officer with a strong background in pharmacy, clinical research, and data analytics. At CLINIGMA®, she supports the development of IT and data engineering solutions that ensure high-quality, reliable, and regulatory-aligned data processing for clinical trial research.

Data Engineering and Analytics

• Skilled in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn), and Power BI (ETL, DAX, M language)
• Designs automated data pipelines and interactive dashboards to improve data integrity and decision-making
• Experience with real-world projects in Python, SQL, and Power BI, including client work for Johnson Matthey
• Participant in data analytics hackathons focused on building actionable, visual solutions

Clinical Research and Pharmaceutical Experience

• Managed clinical trial data within CTMS and eTMF systems, conducted site monitoring, and performed pharmacovigilance reporting
• Developed and implemented SOPs in GMP-regulated environments and managed hospital pharmacy procurement and inventory
• Laboratory background in HPLC-UV, GC-FID, Elisa, spectrophotometry, and cannabis analysis

• Former student researcher at the Center for Natural Products, Faculty of Pharmacy, working on pharmacognostic and phytochemical projects
