Clinigma® was founded by Jens Harald Kongsø in 2017. Jens Harald sets the strategic direction for the company, consults on qualitative projects, and maintains a dialogue with health regulators, which allows him to help shape the regulatory environment for patient-focused drug development.
Jens Harald has more than 10 years of experience in providing input to global clinical trials in a global pharmaceutical company. Here he experienced how Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs) applied in clinical trials are insufficient as tools to provide a full picture of patients’ experiences of investigational drugs. This inspired him to pioneer the processes of interviewing patients in clinical trials. Building on the learnings, he founded the company with the aspiration of providing clarity and value to pharmaceutical companies by being their trial patients’ structured voice.
Jens Harald has organised and facilitated HEOR advisory boards and helped produce scientific advice with HTA bodies on health economics and outcomes strategies and trial programmes.
Jens Harald has published research in peer-reviewed journals and abstracts, and presented at international research conferences.
